The base is pilsner malt with oats, with hops such as Nelson, Southern Cross and Tropical Fusion. On the lager side there is Sonne, an Oktoberfest Märzen of 5.4% in collaboration with Requiem and Wild Fern, hopped with Callista and brewed with floor-malted Bohemian pilsner malt.
