After pioneers such as Monyo, Mad Scientist and Horizont came newcomers from outside Budapest, such as Brew Your Mind, Zentus and Ugar, who stretched brewing further. That scene got going with the first Főzdefeszt in 2011, in a country with a long lager tradition.
