That beer foamed heavily during brewing and stuck in Gert's moustache, which is where the name of the brewery comes from. The second beer, the Wijze snor, won a prize.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eGert often got help from his neighbour and former student Nick. In 2018 they decided to go commercial. Their regular pub Nescio became the first hospitality customer and liquor store Wijnhuis Sonsbeek started selling the beers. In 2019 Jaap joined and the first steps towards a professional brewery followed.
