When he looked for an alcohol-free beer he actually wanted to drink, he couldn't find one. So he brewed one, then another, and eventually hundreds of recipes.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe brewery is based in Edinburgh. The logo is a wide-open eye, drawn by designer James Ockelford, who took inspiration from Japanese poster art of the 1960s.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003eBrewed alcohol-free from day one\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAt BRULO the alcohol is not removed from the beer afterwards. Every beer is alcohol-free from the start of the brew day. The brewery says it uses no natural flavourings, but quality ingredients, special yeast cultures and modern brewing techniques.
