They keep fine-tuning their recipes, with the ambition to open a brewery of their own one day. That ambition became reality with The Pub, their taproom at Boterdiep 75 in Groningen. According to the brewery itself, it is the heart of what they do. The focus is on New England IPAs in every weight class. Submersion is an 8.5% DIPA with Citra, BRU-1, Vic Secret and El Dorado. Chapter X, the tenth release, was their first New England TIPA. The same approach keeps coming back across the list: plenty of hops, oats in the mash and a yeast strain that gives fruity, juicy results. Mostly IPAs, along with sour beers, a stout and a lager. The strength ranges from 5 to 12%. On Untappd, Singularity #01, It's About Time, Smoothie Sequence #6, Shore Lines, Core and After Hours, among others, are rated highly.
