By their own account, they were among the first who wanted to change craft beer culture there. That is how BeerGeek came about, a bar and bottle shop in Prague.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAfter that they started brewing their own beer on an industrial scale, as a flying brewery under the name Sibeeria Brewery. In 2019, after three years of project work, construction and permit procedures, they got their own brewery with a capacity of 2,000 liters in Vysočany. Every piece of equipment has a computer with a display, there is a tablet on every table, and the equipment was designed by them and is constantly being adjusted. Data drives every brew, from the mash temperature to the pressure at filling.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe labels are by designer Jakub Wdowka, who has worked with them for almost ten years. The range is wide: on Untappd there are more than five hundred beers from the brewery. Think of Sacred Tree, a Baltic porter that matured on Palo Santo wood, and Russian Liver, an imperial Baltic porter with date syrup, brewed with Freigeist Bierkultur. They also collaborated with Nepo Brewing, Brauerei Gebr. Maisel, Funky Fluid, PINTA and Pivovar Raven, among others.
