Burn For Me is a groundbreaking Meierer Riesling BA rum, sweet and warm with a citrus perfume, born of a tryst between smoky, tropical 8-year Barbadian rum and the unique nature of the Riesling barrels, stained with notes of acidic fruit, chalky minerals and a faint memory of jet fuel.

This third installment of the Phantom Spirits/The Night Flight Orchestra collaboration is truly stratospheric, its complex character hitting you with cigar-sweet impressions of dried figs, Caribbean spice and dark, natural sugars before woody, fruit notes and a hint of acidity gently remind you of its blue-blooded ancestry on the slopes of Mosel, Champagne and the forests of Burgundy.
