EemBier Eem Jarig

EemBier Eem is a festive seasonal beer from the EemBier brewery, designed for moments when friends get together. The beer has a warm amber colour with caramel malt and subtle hop aromas, resulting in a balanced, easy-going taste experience. On Untappd the beer gets compliments for its drinkability and mild bitterness, which makes it suited to both relaxed get-togethers over drinks and special occasions.

Serving tips

• 🧊 Serve cool, at around 8–12 °C, so the aromas open up and the balance is kept.
• 🥂 Choice of glass: use a tulip or goblet glass to concentrate the aromas and shape the mouthfeel.
• 🎉 Suitable as an aperitif or with drinks snacks; it goes with cheese, nuts and light dishes.

Food pairings

• 🧀 Cheese platter with young to semi-mature cheeses; the sweet malts reinforce the dairy.
• 🥗 Light meat dishes such as chicken or pork with mild marinades; the hops give a refreshing contrast.
• 🍮 Desserts with caramel or nut flavours; the beer keeps the sweetness in balance.
