From Frisco to the French Alps
Outer Range Brewing Co. is at 182 Lusher Ct in Frisco, Colorado. According to Colorado Brewery List, the brewery opened on 26 December 2016. The brewery itself says it started from the belief that beer should take you to the rugged mountain peaks that humble and inspire them every day.
There are two taprooms: one in the Colorado Rockies and one in the French Alps. These places are meant as an escape from the daily rush, under the motto 'leave the life below'. At the Frisco address you'll find Bird Craft and Mountain Dweller Coffee next to the taproom.
Outer Range is a member of the 1% Pledge Community. The brewery gives 1% of equity, profit, product and time to the Summit Foundation and pays employees for their volunteer hours.
Beer that has to match the mountains
The starting point is stated on the homepage: brewing beer worthy of these mountain ranges. To do that, they use hand-selected hops, malt of the highest quality and yeast with a complex ester profile.
Colorado Brewery List describes the focus as the great beer styles that inspire them: Belgian beers and IPAs. At Hoptimaal you'll mostly come across that second category. Everything we had from them is IPA.

Highly rated on Untappd are, among others, Outer Range Great Heights, Sunset Scenes, Sun In the Clouds, Overland, High Passage and Super Sendy.
Drink hoppy IPAs as fresh as possible and cool, because that's when hops and aroma come through best. Take the stronger beers in this range slower, with a bit more time in the glass.
