British tradition with an international outlook
According to the same beer guide, Bearwood draws inspiration from both British brewing traditions and international craft beer trends. The result is a varied range of ales, IPAs and seasonal beers.
On their own website you can see this clearly in the ONE series, brewed under the banner 'Bearwood is turning ONE'. With Bracket Brewing they made a 6.8% New England IPA with Superdelic, Mosaic, El Dorado and Mosaic Hyperboost. With Pipeline Brewing from Cornwall they brewed a 5.8% Triple Dry Hopped IPA with Nelson Sauvin, Citra and Mosaic. An 8.4% double IPA with Citra, Nectaron, Eggers Special and Citra Hyperboost followed with Azvex Brewing Company. There is also a 6% sour with Gravity Well Brewing Company. The beers come in 440 ml cans.
Bearwood Brewing at Hoptimaal
So far you've been able to find seven beers from Bearwood Brewing with us: six IPAs and a stout, with a strength between 5.8 and 11%. Six of them are 44 cl, one is 33 cl. Highly rated on Untappd are Bearwood Express Elevator To Hell, Future Dust, Tabula Rasa 2026, ONE DIPA, Future Rust and ONE TDH IPA, among others.
Drink the IPAs as fresh as possible and well chilled, so the hops and the fruit come across best. The stronger beers, such as the stout, you drink more slowly and slightly less cold, so they can open up.
