The core range of De Magistraat is broad. Dikke Prins is a 5.4% IPA, Waarsman is a 5.4% weizen and Dochter van de Burgemeester is a 5.9% blond. Dienstmeid van de Rijksontvanger is a fruity blond of 6.0%.
Above that comes the heavier side: Diefhenker is a 7.3% dubbel, Scheepstimmerman is an 8.8% tripel, Questeerder is a 9.0% strong blond and Poldermolenaar is a 10.0% quadrupel. The brewery also makes an imperial stout that matures in barrels with Tennessee whiskey: Kalefater 108.

We stock two beers from De Magistraat, with a strength of 4.7 to 11.5%. Stoombaas is the lager of the two. De Magistraat Kalefater 108 - Tennessee Whiskey Barrel Aged Imperial Stout is the heavy side. Both beers are highly rated on Untappd and come in 33 cl and 30 cl.
Drink the Stoombaas cool and fresh, from a clean glass. Serve the Kalefater more slowly: not too cold, so the whiskey and the oak come into their own, and in small sips.
