From American IPA to quadrupel
The standard line, the core range, is broad. On the hoppy side are Fresh & Spiky (American IPA, 6%), Mosaic Hop (single hop IPA, 5.5%), Hazy Sunrise (New England IPA, 5.6%) and Double Haze (double New England IPA, 8.5%). Kees also brews a Belgian blond, It’s a blond (6%), a weizen, Zeeuwse Lust (5%), and with Be Wise a low-alcohol weizen of 0.3%.
On the dark side are Enjoy the Silence, a quadrupel of 11.5%, and Caramel Fudge Stout, a pastry stout that is also 11.5%. According to Tally's, Export Porter 1750 is reconstructed from an eighteenth-century London porter recipe. Export porter was brewed strong to survive the journey to the Baltic, and that is how the style ended up in Russia.
