ROTT. Brewing Company calls itself craft beer makers with a love of good vibes and a hefty dose of colour in everything they do. You can see that in the beers and in how the brewery presents itself: colourful, informal and no fuss.
You'll find them in Rotterdam, in the Schiebroek district. That's where the taproom is, which the brewery describes as a colourful and informal place for a good glass of beer, beer tastings and more. From easy-drinking to full of bravado
ROTT. splits its range into two tiers. The core range consists of beers you can drink with ease: a fresh blond, a juicy IPA, a crisp saison and a refreshing alcohol-free beer. The brewery itself describes them as easy-drinking, surprising and thirst-quenching.
With the specials they go further. Think thick stouts, strong barleywines, fruity sours and barrel-aged beers, meant to colour outside the lines. Drink hoppy beers like the IPAs as fresh as possible and well chilled, around 6 to 8 °C. The blond, saison and the alcohol-free beer also do well cold.
