A brewpub in the heart of Eindhoven
In 2013 Van Moll opened a brewpub in the heart of Eindhoven. They call the place their flavour lab: a brewery where anyone can taste the beers straight away. The company is still based in Eindhoven, in Noord-Brabant.
Van Moll also organises Van Moll Fest, a craft beer festival in Eindhoven with summer and winter editions and breweries from the Netherlands and abroad.
Core beers and rotating specials
Van Moll works with a fixed selection of core beers and a varied range of specials. They describe their approach as balancing on the line between tough and brash, without overshooting. First the basics, then the adventure.
That gives you beers like Langharig Tuig, a Belgian tripel, Doerak, a hoppy IPA, and Toewijding, a Belgian blond. The names are Dutch and a little cheeky. Wanderlust, the low-alcohol IPA, won gold in 2019 and silver in 2023 at the Brussels Beer Challenge, in the low-alcohol IPA category.

With us you will find five beers from Van Moll, all in 33 cl. The range runs from blond and IPA to weizen, tripel and bock, with a strength between 5.5 and 8.2 percent. On Untappd, Triple Trouble, Langharig Tuig and Doerak are highly rated.
Drink the IPA as fresh as possible and well chilled, so the hoppy aromas come through best. Serve the tripel and the bock a little less cold and pour them more gently. That brings out the yeast and the malty side better.
