A nano brewery in Hesse

What the brewery's own website does show is how it presents itself: not with one fixed range, but with series that each have their own theme. In 2021 the Guess What series began, meant to poke fun at the sometimes strange rating culture in craft beer while teaching you something about hops.
Series with a concept behind them
Every series has an idea that returns on the label. Zettelwirtschaft is inspired by the tear-off notes on lampposts and notice boards, but with a thought or a provocation where the phone number would be. Vertikal Verses turns the can into a stage for urban poetry: turn the can and letters and sentences appear. Parallel Ego uses double-exposure photos and started with three beers: Wohlstandstrotz, Idyllabfuhr and The Oceanic Feeling.
Guess What is all about the hops. You taste the beer and guess which hops are in it. For its five-year anniversary the brewery made two 7.8% double IPAs. The red version is brewed with 50% HBC 630 and two hops you have to guess yourself, the green one with 25% Mandarina Bavaria and 25% Rakau. The brewery calls both hazy fruit bombs.
