A nomadic brewery from Spain
Guaja Brewery describes itself on its own website as "cerveza nómada desde 2020": nomad beer, made since 2020. On Untappd the brewery is listed as a contract brewery from Spain. That fits the nomadic side: Guaja has no fixed brewery named in the sources.
In Spain you buy Guaja Brewery through its own webshop, with pick-up points without shipping costs. In person you can find the beers at Monster Beer in Toledo and Mas que cervezas in Madrid, among other places.
Hoppy beers and a heavy stout
The beers Guaja names itself are mostly hoppy. The Quantic River is a 7.9% DIPA, a DDH beer brewed with Mosaic and Citra and then boosted further with Mosaic Cryo and Citra Cryo. You mainly taste citrus and tropical fruit.
Hazy Ritual is a 5.9% NEIPA with Citra, Azacca and Dolcita. Billie's Hop Quest is a 6.2% West Coast IPA. Guaja also makes Guaja Midnight Swoon, a stout that is rated highly on Untappd.
