Craft Beer Nomads calls Zagreb the beer capital of Croatia and writes that most of the country's microbreweries are located close to the capital. The Garden Brewery appears in their overview of eight breweries in and around Zagreb, alongside Medvedgrad, Zmajska and Pulfer, among others.
Royal Croatian Tours places the brewery in a top six for Zagreb, for beer lovers who want to drop by and taste with the brewers themselves. Craft beer is a young phenomenon in Croatia: ten years ago the term was still almost unknown there.
