Overview

A fruit bomb combining five tropical and summery fruits in one sour ale. Ārpus brings together apricot, pear, mango, passionfruit and guava in a thick, creamy smoothie-like texture at just 4.5% ABV.

Tasting Notes

On the nose, mango and passionfruit take centre stage, backed by the sweet softness of apricot. The palate delivers something close to drinkable fruit purée: full, creamy mouthfeel with bright notes of ripe pear and guava. The acidity remains subtly present, just enough to balance the sweetness. The finish shows fresh tartness with lingering tropical fruit.
