From the Upper Franconian village of Huppendorf comes this Weizen from Brauerei Gasthof Grasser, brewed in a family tradition dating back to 1750. At 5.2% ABV, it is a solid yet approachable take on the style.

Tasting Notes

Expect a hazy, golden-yellow pour with a dense, white head - a hallmark of southern German wheat beer. The wheat malt base gives it a full, creamy mouthfeel and a fresh, lightly spiced finish.

Brewery

Brauerei Gasthof Grasser has been brewing in Huppendorf near Königsfeld since 1750, producing around 12,000 hectoliters a year under the ongoing stewardship of the Grasser family.
