Overview

Dream Like Sequence from Polly's Brew Co. delivers an uncompromising double IPA experience at 8%, blurring the line between dreamscape and reality. This Welsh brewery cuts through the noise with beers that are bold yet carefully crafted.

Tasting Notes

On the nose, expect tropical fruit—mango and passionfruit—backed by spicy hop notes. The palate shows a full body with pronounced bitterness that never turns harsh. The finish is resinous and leaves a pleasant dryness that invites another sip.

Brewery

Polly's Brew Co. from Wales has built a reputation for their unpolished approach to modern craft beer. They combine technical precision with an idiosyncratic style that's made them one of the UK's most talked-about breweries.

Serving

Serve at 8-10°C in a tulip glass. Pairs well with spicy dishes or strong cheeses.
