New Holland Brewing comes from Holland, a city in the American state of Michigan. According to Brewbound, the brewery was founded in 1997. The pub is at 66 E 8th St and production runs in a separate facility on Commerce Court in the same city.
On their own website you'll find pubs in Holland and in Grand Rapids. In 2024 the Holland Sentinel reported that a third tasting room was coming in Grand Haven. The brewery describes its aim as improving the quality of life of its customers, with an artistic approach to the craft. Beer, spirits and food come together under one roof.

New Holland makes more than beer. The company also has a distillery, New Holland Distilling Co., with, among others, Walleye Run Whiskey as a limited release. Among the beers, Dragon's Milk Beer is named as a year-round favourite.
