Wax Wings Brewing Company at Hoptimaal
At Hoptimaal we have had IPAs, a stout and a barleywine from Wax Wings, in 50 cl and 47.3 cl. The strength ranges from 8.5 to 15 percent, so these are not beers for a quick round.
Drink the IPAs as fresh as possible and well chilled, so the hops stay sharp. Take the stout and the barleywine more slowly: take them out of the fridge a quarter of an hour before opening, and the character and body come through better. You can see which beers are in stock right now on this page.
